To give birth in this period is definitely challenging but my heart knew without a doubt that I will do this (again) only at Mayanei Hayeshua.
On week 40 + 1, in the morning of 1st of Av, I arrived with urgent contractions leaning on the wall in the parking lot. A nurse evaluated me and brought me quickly to the delivery room.
Throughout the birth she was attentive to me and helped me amazingly, escorting my newborn into the world (no epidural and no stitches!) After giving birth, the team came and took care of the tests and moving to my room. They told me they could always help me, and take the baby if necessary which they did as needed.
Further, even the food was amazing! (Seriously – they served assado! wow!) and at discharge they gave the perfect gift of clothing. a blanket and a pink package with many samples.
There’s so much more but just know that I am successfully breastfeeding my dear son and tell my husband that I miss the staff at Mayanei Hayeshua. Thank you for all of you who make every birth experience amazingl!!!!
