Psychiatric Emergency Room
The psychiatric emergency room is housed in a separate unit within the
general emergency area in the main building and is under the committed
management of Dr. Anna Trachtman. Patients who experience mental
distress and require assistance, apply to the emergency room. In cases
where hospitalization is required, the patients will be transferred to the
appropriate department in the mental health building, after the
appropriateness of hospitalization has been determined and provided that
there is an available bed.
