Prof. Simcha Mizel was recently appointed Head of Cardiology Department at Mayanei Hayeshua. Prof. Mizel is a senior specialist in Catheterization and Coronary artery disease, Heart failure and Arrhythmia. He server as Head of ICCU in Hillel Yaffe hospital in Hadera and is a professor of medicine on behalf of the Medicine Faculty – the Technion in Haifa.
Prof. Mizell has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a master’s degree in engineering from the Haifa Institute of Technology and is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University. He successfully completed research training on atherosclerosis at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and specialized in catheters at Maimonides Hospital in New York.
