A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University, Prof. Maisel is a senior, world-renowned cardiologist, and former director of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Hillel Yaffe Hospital in Hadera. He has served as a research fellow at Cedar Sinai Medical Hospital in Los Angeles and as a clinical fellow in the field of catheterization and interventional cardiology at New York’s Maimonides Hospital. Prof Meisel continues to teach at the Technion School of Medicine tutoring and supervising medical students.
