Prof. Galia Rahav has recently joined Mayanei Hayeshua’s senior medical staff. Until a short while ago, Prof. Rahav, one of the top experts in infectious diseases in Israel, headed the Institute of Infectious Diseases at Sheba Hospital. Prof. Rahav, who holds a professorship at the Sackler Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University, and is chair of the Israeli Association for Infectious Diseases and one of the leaders in the fight against Covid-19, has been appointed director of the Infectious Diseases Division at Mayanei Hayeshua Medical Center.
