Mr. Shlomo Rothschild has overseen all the construction and development processes of the Mayanei Hayeshua Medical Center since its pre-establishment stages, following which he was appointed to various positions in the hospital. He accomplished this alongside his late father – Dr. Moshe Rothschild – president and founder of the Medical Center. Commencing in 2004, he served as the administrative director of the psychiatric system (CHIBA), alongside intensive work in the field of recruiting resources abroad together with his father. In 2011, he was appointed to serve as the assistant to the CEO and in 2013 he was appointed to the position of Deputy CEO – while being responsible for management of the entire financial management of the Medical Center, procurement agreements, building and managing development budgets and in addition, responsibility for the accelerated construction program. All of this was in parallel to his independent activities in the business and private sectors in Israel and overseas. Mr. Rothschild has volunteered and worked for years in various associations that help patients and their families. He is a graduate of Beit Matityahu Senior Yeshiva and Kfar Hasidim. He is also a graduate in health economics and health systems management. In 2015 he was appointed to serve as the CEO of the Medical Center.
