Dr. Tekes Manova has extensive experience in managing health systems. She served as the deputy director of the Sheba Tel Hashomer hospital and later as the director of the hospital, and in recent years she has been the director of Assuta Hospital in Ramat Hachayal. Dr. Tekes-Manova’s rich managerial experience combined with authentic leadership and management at eye level at one and the same time, has been greatly lauded.
